Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of hairstylists, nail technicians, receptionists, and support staff
- Manage day to day operations of the salon to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Create staff schedules and ensure adequate team coverage
- Recruit, coach, train, and conduct performance reviews for team members
- Monitor service quality and ensure company standards are consistently met
- Handle client feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Drive retail sales and support business growth initiatives
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and product ordering
- Monitor salon KPIs, productivity, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of management experience within the beauty, wellness, or luxury service industry
- Proven experience leading and developing high performing teams
- Strong operational and commercial awareness
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
