Overview
We are hiring an experienced **Branch Manager** for a new branch opening in Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily salon operations and supervise a team of technicians
- Lead team development through training, coaching, and performance management
- Drive **sales growth** through upselling services and retail products
- Monitor **KPIs** and conduct performance evaluations
- Implement **client retention strategies** and loyalty programs
- Handle conflict resolution and maintain team motivation
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Oversee appointment scheduling systems and daily bookings
- Ensure compliance with **health, hygiene, safety, and UAE municipality standards**
Requirements
- Minimum **2–3 years of experience in the GCC** in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- **Female candidates only, currently based in the UAE**
- **Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)**
- **Arabic speaker preferred**
