Branch Director

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate branch operations to achieve organizational goals. • Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, inventory, supplies, etc. • Provide support to client services, including answering client calls and offering technical support to clients and employees. • Take client orders and ensure timely fulfillment. • Plan and participate in annual inventory activities. • Interview, hire, and oversee training of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. • Manage internal staff, providing leadership, motivation, and coaching to achieve team goals. • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient product availability. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve objectives and increase revenue. • Create a positive working climate that fosters sales efficiency and professional development of team members. • Evaluate the needs of the team and make recommendations for necessary actions. • Stay updated on markets, trends, and developments in the industry to stay ahead of competitors' activities. • Develop and maintain good business relations with internal and external stakeholders. • Resolve technical problems related to products in a timely and effective manner. • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually Supplemental Pay Types Include: annual bonus The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
