About the Role

- Carry out company policies and procedures in receiving and depositing cash payments
- Execute cash advance payments to suppliers after checking credit limit and compliance with credit policy
- Arrange daily cash activity report
- Perform daily cash counting and reconcile with ERP/SAP system
- Keep files of all cash receipts, invoices and job orders
- Assist with cash flow forecasting by seeking input from facility manager and relaying feedback to Treasury
- Check petty cash expenses for accuracy and completeness
- Sign temporary receipt vouchers of monetary payments and record all related entries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
- 1 5 years of experience in accounting
- Excellent Microsoft Applications particularly Excel
- Background using SAP / ERP Systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to relocation to any company branch

Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated Branch Accountant to join our dynamic team in our branch.
- You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful financial analysis to support branch operations.
Responsibilities
- Carries out the company’s policies and procedures in receiving and depositing cash payments
- Executes cash advance payments to suppliers after checking supplier credit limit and in compliance with the company’s credit policy
- Arranges the daily cash activity report
- Performs daily cash counting (start and end of day), and reconciles with the ERP / SAP System
- Keeps files of all cash receipts, invoices and job orders as per the adopted filing policies
- Assists with the cash flow forecasting by seeking input from the concerned facility manager and relaying the feedback to Treasury
- Checks petty cash expenses for accuracy and completeness
- Signs temporary receipt vouchers of monetary payments and records all related entries
