Job Summary
The role is an experienced BPO Outbound Calling Executive position in customer support and sales.
The role focuses on outbound calls, lead generation, customer follow-up, product or service explanations, and assigned calling and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, and promotions clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
- Follow up regularly with leads and customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into sales or appointments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Update customer information and call outcomes in CRM or other software.
- Coordinate with sales and customer support teams when required.
- Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in BPO, outbound calling, telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
