- Mayweather Boxing + Fitness Dubai is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team.
- We are seeking a highly independent marketing professional with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience specifically within the boxing, fitness, wellness, or sports industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience within a successful boxing club, fitness business, sports organization, or wellness brand.
- Ability to demonstrate measurable results through case studies, campaign performance, lead generation metrics, revenue growth, and other key business outcomes.
- Experience working as a standalone marketing lead responsible for the entire marketing function.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, CRM marketing, content strategy, PR, social media, partnerships, content production, and brand management.
- Deep understanding of the Dubai market, local consumer behavior, and marketing channels.
- Experience managing external teams and contractors, including designers, content creators, videographers, agencies, and freelancers.
- Ability to take full ownership of the marketing department and independently solve a wide range of business and marketing challenges.
- Strong project management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Fluent English is required.
