- Conduct boxing and fitness classes for members of all levels
- Provide one on one personal training sessions
- Foster a welcoming and community oriented environment
- Ensure safety standards are followed during all training sessions
- Engage members with enthusiasm and motivate them to reach their fitness goals
- Work closely with the Head Coach and Club Manager to meet club goals, including member retention and recruitment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience in boxing or fitness
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, or boxing specific qualifications)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping members improve
- Ability to adapt training programs to suit various fitness levels
- Willingness to complete the Spartans Boxing Club Coach Accreditation Course (CAC) (mandatory)
