- Lead and inspire the boutique team from the sales floor.
- Create memorable luxury client experiences and build meaningful client relationships.
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Ensure operational excellence and high service standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Arabic and English language proficiency are required.
- Luxury retail experience is preferred.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
