About the Role
AlGhalia Trading Company seeks a Boutique Manager for Lilou Artisan Patisserie in Riyadh. The manager oversees daily operations of all boutiques, drives sales, ensures customer service, trains staff, and maintains brand standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day operations of all Lilou Patisserie Boutiques
- Generate and drive sales performances, ensure outstanding customer service, and maximize profits by up selling
- Supervise, plan and participate in the training and development of all staff under his responsibility
- Ensure staff comply with Company’s policies and procedures and maintain Brand Image at the highest level
- Ensure the highest levels of quality and food safety standards are maintained for all products displayed and sold
- Ensure interior décor of the boutique is decorated according to relevant marketing themes
Requirements
- Boutique Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
- Strong retail experience, including themed marketing plans for special events
- Ability to generate and drive sales performances and maximize profits by up selling
- Experience supervising, planning and participating in training and development of staff

Company Overview
- The Lilou Artisan Patisserie (LAP) is a luxury catering and sweet maker house, providing a wide range of products to Sweet Boutiques, Corporate Catering Clients (Business to Business) and providing high end catering for Private functions and home catering events.
Key Responsibilities
- The Boutiques’ Manager oversees the day to day operations of all Lilou Patisserie Boutiques.
- Generate and drive sales performances, ensure outstanding customer service, and maximize profits by up selling.
- Supervise, plan and participate in the training and development of all staff under his responsibility.
- Ensure that his/her staff comply with the Company’s policies and procedures, and ensure the Company’s Brand Image is maintained at the highest level.
- Ensure that the highest levels of quality and food safety standards are maintained – as per the Company’s policies and procedures – for all products displayed and sold.
Requirements
- Strong retail experience, including themed marketing plans for special events, occasions.
