Overview
- Daily data entry of purchase invoices, sales invoices, and expense claims into Xero.
- Bank reconciliations across six-currency operations: GBP, AED, USD, EUR, CNY, and AUD accounts.
- Payment-provider reconciliations — matching Checkout, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay settlement files against the bank and against the order ledger.
- Marketplace reconciliations — matching BigCommerce, TikTok Shop, and Debenhams Marketplace remittances against the bank.
- Accounts payable: supplier-statement reconciliations, payment runs, and resolving supplier queries.
- Accounts receivable: customer ledger maintenance and credit-control follow-up.
- Monthly close support to the Management Accountant.
