Role Overview
Boutique bookkeeping and accounting firm based in North York.
Provides bookkeeping and accounting support between business clients and their CPAs.
Supports clients with monthly and annual accounting needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide bookkeeping and accounting support to business clients.
- File monthly WSIB, payroll, and HST submissions.
- Attend weekly North York meetings to review current and upcoming work.
Requirements
- Three years of accounting experience is required.
- Full experience with QuickBooks Online, Simply Accounting (Sage), Business Visions, Xero, and Excel is required.
- Experience with PcLaw or CosmoLex is an asset.
Workplace
- The role includes office work in North York, work from home online, and onsite visits with clients.
- Weekly meetings take place in North York.
- The work location is in person, according to the posting.
