Role Description

  • PH HOTEL is the hospitality branch of Podini Spa, a family group with four generations of entrepreneurial tradition based in Bolzano.
  • Expresses a concept of high end hospitality based on relationship, culture, quality, and responsibility towards the local community.
  • For all three properties: Castel Hörtenberg, Stadt Hotel Città, and Palais Hörtenberg.
  • Booking Supervisor reports to Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Key role in managing and developing individual and business reservations (B2C and B2B).

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent, professional, and personalized customer service.
  • Manage quote requests, reservations, confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Enter reservations correctly in the system including notes and preferences.
  • Handle guest communications via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Resolve complaints or issues promptly and customer oriented.
  • Manage and develop relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and commercial partners.
  • Support B2B sales activities and ensure correct application of commercial conditions.
  • Collaborate with groups department for payments and invoicing.
  • Adopt consultative sales approach to maximize conversion and upselling.
  • Collaborate with Front Office Manager and Marketing to optimize occupancy and sales mix.
  • Monitor waiting lists to maintain high occupancy.
  • Verify payment receipts and update management system.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Italian, German, and English.
  • Previous experience as Booking Agent, Reservations Agent, or in hospitality commercial roles.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong customer and commercial result orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (B2C and B2B).
  • Negotiation skills and commercial sensitivity.
  • Precision, reliability, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility, and team spirit.
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute to a shared strategic vision.
