About the roleExclusive opportunity for a Boilermaker to join our team at our Oxley site.Weekly Roster: 6am to 2.30pm (Mon-Thurs) -& 6am - 12pm (Friday)Perform safe and effective maintenance and servicing of brick‑manufacturing equipment to meet production targets.Follow maintenance plans and weekly schedules to support plant reliability, availability and cost‑effective operation.Troubleshoot issues, apply trade skills, and contribute to continuous improvement and daily planning activities.Maintain accurate records and input required data into systems such as SAP; participate in risk assessments and toolbox talks.Work collaboratively with production teams and support operational and safety issue resolution.Uphold WHS&E responsibilities, maintain high housekeeping standards, and demonstrate accountability and strong communication.Maintain required competencies through ongoing training and assist in developing the skills of other maintenance team members. What you bring to the roleProven experience as a qualified tradesperson (Boilermaker or similar maintenance trade).Hands‑on experience maintaining heavy industrial or manufacturing equipment.Demonstrated ability to follow maintenance plans, schedules, and structured work processes.Experience identifying hazards, applying safety controls, and working within WHS&E requirements.Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with production, engineering or maintenance teams.Previous use of maintenance systems (e.g., SAP or similar) to record work and input data.Experience contributing to continuous improvement, problem‑solving, and equipment reliability activities.
