- Taking orders, cashiering, preparing orders, dispatching orders
- Monitoring and maintaining par levels for all items

- Working efficiently with Excel sheets for tracking and reporting
- Supervising and motivating the kitchen and service teams to ensure high performance and compliance with company standards
- Ensuring operational efficiency across both kitchen and dine in areas
Requirements
- Prior experience in all around operations in F&B
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and maintain team morale while maintaining operational discipline
- Hands on leadership with excellent communication skills
- F&B experience in restaurant administration, operations, or a similar role
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment, and labor regulations
- Computer literate (MS Office, POS systems, basic troubleshooting)
- English proficiency
