Summary : The Project Engineer role is an exciting opportunity for recent college graduates.

This entry-level rotational program offers a comprehensive, immersive on-site experience designed to equip you with essential skills in the construction industry.

Over the course of 18 months, you will undergo structured training, including 6 months in construction operations, 6 months in pre-construction, and 6 months in project management.

This position is based at one of our job sites in the DC metropolitan area, with additional time spent at our centrally located office in Tysons, VA.

Commitment: Candidates must be fully committed to being on-site for the duration of the field training program, allowing for hands-on experience and the opportunity to closely shadow experienced professionals on your assigned projects.
