Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Supervisor to join the team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive bodyshop supervision.
- Strong knowledge of painting and denting operations.
- Ability to supervise and manage painters, denters, polishers, and helpers.
- Good workshop and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of quality control and final inspection.
- Ability to identify paint defects, color mismatch, panel alignment, finishing, and workmanship issues.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and according to company quality standards.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and rework professionally.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Supervise automotive bodyshop operations and workshop staff.
- Manage painters, denters, polishers, and helpers.
- Oversee painting and denting work.
- Conduct quality control and final inspections.
- Identify paint defects, color mismatches, panel alignment problems, finishing issues, and workmanship concerns.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and according to company quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate rework professionally.
