D Luxe Car Care is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven **Bodyshop Manager** to lead and manage our Bodyshop operations in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Bodyshop operations and workflow
- Supervise technicians, painters, and support staff
- Ensure high-quality repair and service standards
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and job completion timelines
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with parts and service teams
- Maintain safety standards and workplace discipline
- Prepare reports and track performance metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluency in **Arabic and English** (spoken & written)
- Good knowledge of body repair processes, painting, and workshop operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
