- Manage accident repair cases and coordinate insurance related jobs
- Ensure strict quality control standards prior to vehicle handover
- Optimize manpower allocation and workshop productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate closely with Service Advisors and senior management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in automotive body shop operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Hands on experience in accident repairs and insurance coordination
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence
