Responsibilities
- Perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) treatments for wellness, detoxification, and post operative recovery
- Provide Madero Therapy for body contouring, cellulite reduction, lymphatic stimulation, and body sculpting
- Perform HydraFacial treatments including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and skin rejuvenation
- Conduct thorough client consultations and skin/body assessments to recommend suitable treatments
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and concerns
- Educate clients on pre and post treatment care to maximize results
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and progress tracking
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are sanitized and maintained according to hygiene standards
- Recommend treatment packages and skincare/body care products to support client results
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build long term client relationships
- Stay updated on the latest beauty, wellness, and body contouring techniques
Requirements
- Certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
- Certification or professional training in Madero Therapy
- Certification or hands on experience with HydraFacial treatments
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a beauty salon, spa, wellness center, aesthetic clinic, or medical spa
- Knowledge of post operative lymphatic massage is an advantage
- Strong understanding of skin care, body contouring, and facial treatments
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Professional appearance and customer first attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
