Responsibilities
- Safely operate and navigate the houseboat in accordance with UAE maritime regulations
- Conduct pre departure safety inspections and ensure all safety equipment is operational
- Perform routine maintenance checks and coordinate repairs when required
- Keep the vessel clean, organized, and guest ready at all times
- Welcome guests, provide safety briefings, and deliver a premium hospitality experience
- Plan routes based on weather, tides, and operational requirements
- Maintain accurate voyage, maintenance, and fuel records
- Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and company procedures
Requirements
- Valid UAE Boat Captain/Marine License
- Proven experience operating boats or houseboats
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi waters and local maritime regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English
- Professional, reliable, and safety focused
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and varied schedules

Job Overview
- We're looking for a professional and experienced Houseboat Captain to join our team and take full responsibility for the safe operation, maintenance, and guest experience of a premium houseboat in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements

Preferred
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Experience in hospitality, yacht charter, or luxury tourism.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
