BCBA Responsibilities
- As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Aviation ABA in Davis County, you will:
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and ongoing progress reports
- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Manage a caseload while delivering high-quality, hands-on clinical services
- Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs
- Lead parent training and caregiver education using evidence-based practices
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations
- Ensure compliance with Utah regulations, ethical standards, and company policies
- Complete treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks
