Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Remote
Location: Danvers, MA, and Surrounding Areas (Hybrid Option Available)
At Cortica, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.

- Earning Potential (Salary +Productivity Bonus): $93,105-$116,738
- Plus earn up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with our second bonus – that’s right, TWO bonuses to increase your earning potential!

- Flexible Hybrid Role: We offer remote flexibility, allowing you to balance your clinical work and administrative tasks on your terms. Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when it's clinically effective for the client and BT.
