RSU 3 is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026�2027 school year .
The successful candidate will work closely with students, families, and school staff to support positive student outcomes by developing and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (PBIPs).
- Monitor student progress and maintain all required documentation.
- Provide consultation, coaching, and support to teachers, educational technicians, administrators, and families.
- Collaborate as a member of multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Current Maine Criminal History Record Check (CHRC), or ability to obtain.
