The BMS Service Technician represents Johnson Controls on customer sites around Dublin.

The role supports clients and project delivery teams while identifying growth opportunities for Johnson Controls business units.

Deliver assigned service tasks efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Configure and commission building control systems and network-level controllers.
Maintain system documentation, modify software programs, and create service reports.
Promote safety, support project pricing and design, and advocate cloud-based and OpenBlue technologies.

At least five years of experience in control systems as a service engineer.
HNC, HND, or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering or a related field.
Professional certifications or diplomas in relevant areas are welcomed.
Working knowledge of Metasys systems is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
Computer literacy, a full clean Irish driving licence, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
Willingness to work overtime and join the out-of-hours callout rota.
