BMS Project Manager - Central London

Learnd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BMS Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple BMS projects in the London area.

The ideal project manager will come from a BMS engineering background, have extensive experience with Trend and either Schneider, Siemens, and/or Tridium systems, and have worked in a building management systems environment.

• Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure successful delivery of BMS projects.
• Creation of the project design technical submissions.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, third parties/vendors, and all project stakeholders.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
