The BMS / OT Technology Support Specialist provides hands-on technical expertise supporting building technology (BT) operations for assigned client accounts, covering the full stack of BT assets — from BMS supervisory controllers and HVAC interface devices to the compute infrastructure that supports them. This role is the primary technical executor for the account’s building technology program and works in close coordination with the Building Technology Coordinator.
