About the Role
We are hiring a BMS Operator / Technician to manage building automation systems, monitor HVAC, lighting, security, and other critical equipment. Requires a Diploma in Electromechanical or HVAC technology and 2-4 years of facilities maintenance experience with at least 1 year in BMS operation.

Responsibilities
- Monitor, control, and operate critical facilities equipment through the central control desk
- Track HVAC, lighting, security, fire suppression, elevators, and electrical systems
- Perform regular equipment inspections as directed by the MEP Supervisor
- Program controls, adjust parameters for cooling loads, and update graphics
- Troubleshoot technical issues and report anomalies to the supervisor
- Maintain exact logs of repairs, system changes, and daily room temperatures
- Monitor fire alarms and water tank levels with the safety team
- Manage pumps, motors, ventilation, and emergency systems across the property
Requirements
- Diploma in Electromechanical or HVAC technology (Engineering degree is a plus)
- 2–4 years in facilities maintenance, including at least 1 year of direct BMS operation
- Technical literacy: read blueprints, control drawings, and logic control programming
- Strong electrical and electronic diagnostic skills
- Working knowledge of secondary distribution, circuits, and power cables
- Calm emergency response, strong integrity, and clear English communication
- Excellent computer operation and system navigation skills

About the Job

- Support our building operations by monitoring, controlling, and operating critical facilities equipment through the central control desk.
- Maintain the Building Management System (BMS) against approved benchmarks to ensure a safe, efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Track HVAC, lighting, security, fire suppression, elevators, and electrical systems.
- Routine Checks: Perform regular equipment inspections as directed by the MEP Supervisor.
- BMS Programming: Program controls, adjust parameters for cooling loads, and update graphics.
