- Handle end to end BMS project execution
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients on site
- Install, test, commission, and maintain BMS systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues on site
- Program and configure controllers (Siemens preferred)
- Integrate HVAC, lighting, and other building automation systems
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Prepare site reports, documentation, and as built drawings
- Ensure quality and safety standards are followed
Requirements
- Experience in end to end BMS project execution
- Proficiency in programming and configuration of controllers (Siemens preferred)
- Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and building automation integration
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues on site
- Experience in site coordination with contractors, consultants, and clients
