About the Role
Kieback & Peter Me LLC seeks a BMS Design Head in Dubai to lead the BMS design and engineering team. Responsibilities include reviewing specifications, preparing system architecture, coordinating with MEP consultants, and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the BMS design and engineering team
- Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements
- Prepare and approve BMS system architecture, schematics, and design drawings
- Develop control philosophies, I/O schedules, points lists, and network layouts
- Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and clients during design and execution stages
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, international standards, and company procedures
- Review technical submittals, material approvals, and shop drawings
- Provide technical support to project, commissioning, and maintenance teams
- Monitor design progress and ensure timely delivery of engineering documents
- Identify design risks and propose cost effective engineering solutions
- Conduct design reviews and quality checks before submission
- Support estimation and tender teams during bid preparation
Requirements
- Proven experience in BMS design and engineering leadership
- Knowledge of local authority regulations and international standards
