Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and hire blue collar workers across multiple functions
- Post job advertisements, review applications, conduct interviews, coordinate trade tests or practical assessments
- Maintain candidate databases
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, schedule interviews, prepare offers, and support onboarding
- Build relationships with external recruitment agencies, labor suppliers, and vocational institutions
- Track key recruitment metrics to ensure hiring targets and timelines are met
Requirements
- Experience in end to end recruitment for blue collar or high volume roles
- Strong knowledge of local labor market dynamics in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE
- Understanding of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and compliance standards
- Ability to use applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and common office software
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Problem solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical hiring practices
- Proficiency in English is required
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or staffing within the UAE or GCC region is preferred
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is an advantage

Role Description
- The Blue collar Recruiter is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring blue collar workers across multiple functions (such as logistics, maintenance, and facility services). Qualifications
- Experience in end to end recruitment for blue collar or high volume roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of local labor market dynamics in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE, including familiarity with blue collar job categories and skill levels.
- Understanding of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and compliance standards related to hiring and workforce management.
- Ability to use applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and common office software to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates from diverse backgrounds and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet tight hiring deadlines.
- Problem solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, non discriminatory hiring practices.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or staffing within the UAE or GCC region is preferred; a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages commonly spoken by blue collar workers (e.g., Hindi, Swahili, Arabic) is an asset.
