- Execute paintless dent repair on aluminum and steel BIW panels using precision tools
- Perform heavy structural repairs including panel replacement, straightening, and welding to restore OEM specifications
- Diagnose damage and determine appropriate repair methods using Lucid's repair standards
- Operate equipment such as frame alignment systems, MIG/TIG welders, rivet guns, and hydraulic tools
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure repair accuracy and traceability
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts usage, and inspection results
- Uphold Lucid's commitment to safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience in paintless dent repair on aluminum and steel panels
- Experience in heavy structural repairs including panel replacement and welding
- Ability to operate frame alignment systems, MIG/TIG welders, rivet guns, and hydraulic tools
- Knowledge of OEM repair standards
