About the Role
MVP LAB is hiring a Birthday, Events & Community Sales Coordinator to drive birthday and private events business from lead to execution. The role combines sales and operations, managing bookings, community engagement, and corporate events.

Responsibilities
- Contact birthday leads and welcome walk in leads
- Understand client needs, build offers, and close bookings
- Book parties in the system and confirm all details
- Upsell add ons (food, decorations, entertainment, extras)
- Design invitations, backdrops & birthday screens using Canva
- Coordinate coaches/helpers and support operations on event days
- Manage F&B orders and birthday stock
- Update Airtable CRM and create quotations & invoices
- Manage MVP LAB WhatsApp communities and convert activity into paid bookings
- Support corporate event sales and coordination
- Contribute to new revenue streams (corporate, sponsors, partnerships, collaborations)
Requirements
- Experience in sales and operations, preferably in events or hospitality
- Super organized and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- French speaker preferred but not mandatory

Role Overview
- MVP LAB is looking for a Birthday, Events & Community Sales Coordinator to drive our birthday & private events business — from lead to execution.
- This role is for someone who loves sales + operations, is super organized, and thrives in a fast paced environment (especially weekends).
What you’ll do
- Contact birthday leads + welcome walk in leads.
- Understand client needs, build offers, and close bookings.
- Book parties in the system and confirm all details.
- Upsell add ons (food, decorations, entertainment, extras).
- Design invitations, backdrops & birthday screens (Canva).
- Coordinate coaches/helpers + support operations on event days.
- Manage F&B orders + birthday stock.
- Update Airtable CRM + create quotations & invoices.
- Manage MVP LAB WhatsApp communities.
- Convert community activity into paid bookings.
- Track community related performance and revenue.
- Support corporate event sales & coordination.
Package & Schedule
- Fixed salary + commissions.
- Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday & Sunday are working days | 1 day off + 1 remote day (weekends can be busy).
