Biotech Manufacturing Technician

· Minimum VCE qualification and/or relevant experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated production environment.

· Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations applicable to manufacturing operations.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholder groups.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to work across multiple manufacturing areas and flexible hours when required.

· Developing technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, product streams, and relevant business systems (e.g. BPCS, SampleManager, and Microsoft Office applications).

· Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly develop a sound understanding of operational processes and production activities.
