Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Provide software demonstrations, training, technical support, and ongoing client follow-up.
• Participate in client visits and present healthcare and dental technology solutions.
• Assist sales activities with technical knowledge and communicate technology value and applications.
• Participate in workshops, conferences, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and educational or promotional activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Biomedical Equipment Engineering is required.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is mandatory.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken, is required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills is required.
• Ability to learn new software and digital technologies is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and demonstration skills are required.
• Ability to provide technical support and explain technical information clearly is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
• Previous experience in biomedical engineering, medical devices, healthcare technology, software support, or technical sales is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is 3,000 to 7,100 Saudi riyals per month.
