About the Role
The employer is seeking a Biomedical Field Service Engineer for its technical team in Riyadh.
The role supports installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service activities across healthcare facilities.
The position involves field assignments and travel within Saudi Arabia when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Up to two years of experience in medical device field service or maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of medical equipment is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field assignments efficiently.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia when required.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and configure medical equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to company and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
