Role overview
Provide after-sales services for medical devices to meet customer requirements and maintain consistent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Inspect medical devices and ensure readiness for delivery.
- Install medical devices and prepare them for use.
- Perform corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration.
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance using manufacturer checklists.
- Execute recall instructions and maintain tools and test equipment.
- Execute service contracts and promote services, consumables, accessories, and spare parts.
- Provide customer service and support, including invoice acknowledgment follow-up.
- Improve operational work quality and provide documents under department SOPs.
- Train hospital biomedical engineers and provide safety instructions.
- Maintain spare part stock and prepare activity reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- Membership classification from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Minimum two years of Biomedical Engineer experience.
Skills
- Highly technical skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Advanced communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Advanced administration, time management, and computer skills.
