About the role
Support the medical equipment business in Dubai with a primary focus on the technical side of biomedical products.
Perform hands-on installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, application support, and user training while supporting technical sales activities.
What you'll do
- Install, commission, test, and troubleshoot medical equipment at hospitals and clinics.
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, inspections, and performance checks.
- Provide technical and application support to biomedical teams, clinicians, and end users.
- Conduct product demonstrations and user training at customer sites.
- Support the sales team with technical presentations, customer visits, tenders, and product evaluations.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with manufacturers on technical issues, warranty claims, spare parts, and product support.
- Follow PPE and medical equipment safety procedures when working at customer sites.
- Support product registration and regulatory documentation where required.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in medical equipment service, applications, installation, or technical support.
