Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize computational models for genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics data analysis.
- Design and implement accurate and scalable algorithms for large-scale biological datasets.
- Translate biological questions into computational frameworks and analytical pipelines with research teams.
- Validate and refine models using experimental data to ensure biological relevance and predictive power.
- Document methodologies, results, and findings in technical reports and presentations.
