Bindery Set Up Operator

Operate available equipment to ensure production objectives are met.

Cross train to be able to run all finishing assets in the Bindery department.

Perform minor preventive maintenance/repairs, report any mechanical defects to Manager and Team Lead, and keep machinery in good working condition.

Ensure quality system procedures are always followed.

Ensure department meets all needs for customer satisfaction including OTD.

Preferably 2+years of Bindery (literature folder gluer) or other technical skills operating machinery.

Experience with basic Quality systems and documentation.

Flexibility to work any shift and Overtime. Work in a fast-paced environment with ability to adapt to change.

High school diploma or GED

Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods.

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, work at a computer for extended periods of time, and have manual dexterity for computer work; long periods of concentration; speaking, hearing and vision are also essentials to performing job functions.

The typical pay range for this role is $19.00 - $27.00.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base offer will depend on a variety of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
