REALITY PRINTING WORKS is hiring a Binder/Machine Cutter to operate paper cutting, binding, and finishing machines. Responsibilities include machine setup, quality inspection, and maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Operate paper cutting, binding, and finishing machines safely and efficiently
- Set up machines according to job specifications, including measurements and cutting guides
- Cut paper, books, brochures, catalogs, and other printed materials to required sizes
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Adjust machine settings to maintain precision and minimize waste
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance on equipment
- Report machine malfunctions to the maintenance team
- Read and interpret production orders and work instructions
- Maintain accurate production records and material usage logs
- Follow workplace safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Keep the work area clean and organized
