Binance Accelerator Program - VIP Sales

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, finance, business development, or a related field.
• Strong proactive hunter mindset, with the ability to identify, engage, qualify, and build relationships with high-potential prospects.
• Understanding of sales roles, sales targets, pipelines, and performance metrics, with prior sales or business development experience highly desirable.
• Experience at an online brokerage, financial institution, fintech, crypto company, wealth management firm, or other financial-services business is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners & stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
• Willingness to take on ambitious targets from day one and deliver measurable results.
• Ability to receive feedback constructively, learn quickly, and adapt your approach based on results and guidance.
• Strong communication skills, client-management ability, relationship-building skills, and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
• Foundational understanding of financial markets is preferred, either through professional experience or education, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience acquiring, managing, or servicing HNWIs, professional traders, or institutional clients is highly desirable.
• The ability and willingness to use AI tools is an absolute requirement for this position.
