Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program is a 3–6 month internship for early-career talent to gain experience in the digital assets space.

The program is open to current university students and recent graduates and includes networking and professional development opportunities.

Employment or engagement terms are subject to contract and applicable local laws.

About This Position

Support the Central Business Development team with marketing campaigns and activations involving Binance listed projects and partners.
Build partner relationships, support marketing budget growth, and coordinate campaign delivery.
Conduct market research and analyze partnership opportunities.
Monitor campaign metrics and prepare performance reports.
Manage campaign and tracking tools and improve partner workflows with AI.

Requirements

Current university student or recent graduate.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or another relevant field.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to build and manage relationships with attention to detail.
Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and AI technology.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Program Environment

The program offers exposure to fast-paced projects, collaboration with global talent, autonomy, career growth, and continuous learning.
A work-from-home arrangement is available, although the arrangement may vary based on the business team’s work.
