About the Role
Luxiic International Consultancy seeks a BIM Specialist for an on-site role in Riyadh. You will develop and coordinate Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and consultants to align BIM workflows
- Produce and update drawings and models, and prepare submittals and related documentation
- Set up BIM standards, conduct model quality checks, and identify and resolve coordination issues
- Support integration of BIM processes into project delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital tools and methodologies
- Provide guidance to project teams on BIM best practices
Requirements
- Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
- Foundational knowledge in Architecture and Construction Management
- Experience working with MEP systems within BIM environments
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Submittals and technical documentation
- Proficiency with BIM and design software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant academic background in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field
