Role Overview
The role develops, manages, and coordinates BIM models across project stages.
The position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update 3D BIM models in Revit for architectural, construction, and structural services.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Produce shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and construction documentation.
- Ensure model accuracy, LOD compliance, and adherence to BIM standards.
- Support project teams with BIM workflows and technical queries.
- Maintain templates, libraries, and project standards with BIM leads and managers.
- Generate quantities, schedules, and model-based reports as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
- Two to four years of hands-on BIM experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and coordination.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650, BIM execution plans, and project workflows.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
