- Develop 3D models for wet utility networks (pressurized and gravity) using Civil 3D and Revit/Navisworks
- Perform automated clash detection and coordinate with structural, MEP, and road design teams
- Ensure models comply with LOD 300/400 requirements and project specific BIM Execution Plans
- Extract accurate quantity take offs directly from the model
- Manage utility corridors, invert levels, and pipe slopes with high precision
- Maintain the Common Data Environment and ensure accurate model version control
Requirements
- Experience developing 3D models for wet utility networks using Civil 3D and Revit/Navisworks
- Proficiency in automated clash detection using Navisworks
- Knowledge of LOD 300/400 requirements and BIM Execution Plans
- Ability to extract accurate quantity take offs from models
- Experience managing utility corridors, invert levels, and pipe slopes
- Familiarity with Common Data Environment and model version control
