Role Overview
The BIM Modeler is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
The role develops and maintains detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP elements in coordination with project teams.
Responsibilities
- Translate design concepts and construction drawings into accurate 3D models.
- Update models for design changes and maintain consistency with project standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve coordination issues.
- Support clash detection and prepare model-based documentation and reports.
- Organize model files, follow established workflows, and improve BIM processes.
Qualifications
- Strong BIM skills and experience as a Modeler in design or construction projects.
- Knowledge of architecture and ability to interpret design intent.
