Role Description
- Develop and manage detailed and accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Create and update construction drawings.
- Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) system designs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience in creating and managing detailed project models.
- Strong understanding of architecture and familiarity with construction principles and standards.
- Ability to develop and interpret construction drawings effectively.
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Strong problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit is a plus.
