Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and coordinate detailed HVAC BIM models in accordance with project specifications and BIM standards
- Interpret HVAC design drawings and create/modify 3D models
- Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines
- Prepare model based drawings and schedules
- Collaborate with BIM coordinators, project engineers, and site teams
- Support design reviews and implement model revisions
- Maintain data integrity within BIM platforms
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in BIM authoring tools for HVAC (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks)
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems design and layout
- Experience working within BIM standards and frameworks (preferably ISO 19650)
- Ability to perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues
- Relevant technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
- Previous experience as a BIM Modeler, HVAC Draftsperson, or similar role on large scale projects
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills in English

Role Description
- Develop, update, and coordinate detailed HVAC BIM models per project specifications, BIM standards, and ISO 19650 requirements.
- Interpret HVAC design drawings, create and modify 3D models, perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines.
- Prepare model based drawings and schedules, collaborate with BIM coordinators, project engineers, and site teams.
- Support design reviews, implement model revisions, ensure accurate documentation for construction and facilities management.
- Maintain data integrity within BIM platforms and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in BIM authoring tools for HVAC (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks).
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems design and layout including ductwork, piping, equipment placement.
- Experience with BIM standards (preferably ISO 19650) including model organization and naming conventions.
- Ability to perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
- Previous experience as a BIM Modeler, HVAC Draftsperson, or similar role on large scale projects, ideally in GCC.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and effective communication in English.
