Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for MEP systems, including electrical, PHE, and HVAC components.
- Interpret construction drawings and integrate multi disciplinary inputs.
- Update models throughout project phases and ensure compliance with project standards and local regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve clashes and maintain model accuracy.
- Assist in preparing shop drawings, as built models, and digital deliverables.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including model creation, coordination, and clash detection
- Skills related to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with practical understanding of electrical, PHE, and HVAC design and installation requirements
- Experience as a Modeler with ability to interpret and translate Architecture and engineering inputs into accurate 3D models
- Proficiency in working with Construction Drawings, including reading, updating, and coordinating drawings with BIM models
- Proficiency in BIM and CAD tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD or similar) and familiarity with relevant standards and BIM execution plans
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related field, with experience in MEP focused BIM roles
