Role Overview
Rits Qatar is seeking a skilled architectural BIM Modeler with experience in architectural and interior design projects.
The role is responsible for creating, developing, and coordinating high-quality BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Work must comply with project requirements and BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
- Model interior elements such as furniture, ceilings, wall finishes, millwork, and joinery.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to detect and resolve clashes.
- Update models based on design changes, consultant comments, and client requirements.
- Produce drawing packages and documentation for design, tender, and construction stages.
- Create and manage Revit families, templates, and project standards.
- Perform quality checks for model accuracy and compliance with BIM execution plans.
- Participate in coordination meetings and collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Support quantity take-offs and project documentation when required.
Requirements
- Experience with architectural and interior design projects.
- Ability to create and develop high-quality architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Ability to prepare architectural construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
- Ability to model interior elements such as furniture, ceilings, wall finishes, millwork, and joinery.
- Ability to coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines and resolve clashes.
